Becky Hancharick - Assistant Consultant
While at HRC, Ms. Hancharick has assisted clients with various HR functions including compliance, compensation, recruiting, on-boarding, and HRIS management. Rebecca has strong organizational and structural skills and assists in the daily processes at HRC. Her primary areas of focus are recruiting, onboarding, compensation, job evaluation, job analysis, training, and human resource compliance, in which she has provided support for a variety of clients.
