Jonna Contacos-Sawyer has over 24 years of management and human resource experience which she utilizes to lead HR Consultants, Inc. Ms. Contacos-Sawyer's strengths include identifying core strategic business drivers, developing infrastructure, and implementing employee involvement programs that improve organizational success at all levels. Through establishing performance measures and mapping workflow related to customer service, Jonna has assisted many organizations in monitoring and measuring overall customer satisfaction to achieve improved results.
Through her innovative leadership and business acumen, Ms. Contacos-Sawyer has enabled HR Consultants, Inc. to grow its revenue base each year of operation. Polly Heeter Wright offers over 15 years of innovative human resource and management related experience. Her expertise is identifying organizational dysfunction and applying logical and systematic thinking to the design of solutions that maintain the balance of employer, human resource, and customer needs.
Polly has built her experience in problem identification and analysis through projects such as organizational audits, employee opinion surveys, employee focus groups, and compensation analysis. She has extensive experience in cost analysis of negotiation proposals and preparation of affirmative action plans.
Her experience in technical employment law-related knowledge was developed through assisting in many forums of employment litigation including unemployment compensation hearings, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commissions fact finding hearings, grievance arbitration hearings, National Labor Relations Board/Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board hearings and Act 195 and 111 Interest arbitrations.
Through her assistance in sexual harassment investigations, disciplinary interviews, employee grievance inquiries and witness interviews, Polly has perfected her ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization. Her job analysis experience has broadened her knowledge base to include a wide variety of workplaces, work styles and jobs.

Diane E. Costlow, MA, PHR
Staff Consultant
Diane E. Costlow, MA, PHR has over 13 years of human resource experience in benefit administration and design, self funding arrangements, cafeteria plans, Section 125 plans, executive benefits, retirement, human resource policy and procedures, legal compliance and wellness programs.
Diane's human resource experience is complemented by her previous benefits administration experience for a large federal contractor. In that role, she was responsible for all employee benefit administration, flexible spending accounts and Employee Assistance Programs. She researched human resource issues and wrote ISO procedures for COBRA and numerous other HR procedures.
Ms. Costlow's experience with legal compliance working with both employees and management on such issues as COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, leave of absences and Medicare Part D compliance.
Diane's current focus includes compensation market analysis, job descriptions and providing technical assistance. In addition, she reviews and revises employee handbooks and HR policies and procedures. She also handles affirmative action plans, investigations and HR OfficeŽ software.

Judith H. Mickey has over 23 years of business and accounting experience. Judi's multi-faceted background qualifies her both in the administration of the corporate financial platform as well as project based analysis. She is instrumental in aggregating market analysis and AAP data analysis.
Because Ms. Mickey has a thorough understanding of business functions as well as an exceptional capability for using software applications, she is able to merge both strengths to implement system-wide cost efficiencies and human resource metrics that provide meaningful measures.
As HR OfficeŽ Administrator, she provides clients with end user training, installation assistance, and on-going technical assistance. Additionally, she coordinates the Application Service Provider (ASP) environment set up.
In June 2007, Ms. Mickey obtained her HR Generalist certification through the Society of Human Resource Management. She is currently working towards her certification as a Certified Compensation Specialist.

Anne E. Stives offers over 25 years of advanced administrative, office management, fiscal and marketing support services experience.
Anne's diverse background provides her with an exceptional understanding of office administration and enables her to multi-task at a high degree of efficiency. She possesses advanced capabilities in many software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Ms. Stives attention to detail, advanced proficiency level, high integrity and strong work ethic enables her to provide the highest level of customer service. She supports Jonna Contacos-Sawyer and the staff of HR Consultants, Inc. with day to day operations and client coordination and support services. Additionally, she provides QA review for all work products prior to release.
Anne has completed the ISO 9001:2008 Internal Quality Auditor for International Quality Management Systems training and has been appointed as HR Consultants, Inc.'s Management Representative for the Quality Management System. Her responsibilities and authority include:
